By creating a Shellby account or using shellby.org you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Your account

Keep your password and connected computers safe, and disconnect any computer you no longer use from your account page. You're responsible for activity under your account. Nicknames must not impersonate others or be offensive; we may reclaim nicknames that do.

Acceptable use

Don't use Shellby to break the law, attack other systems, or abuse our servers — for example by automated sign-up or sign-in attempts.

Your content

Your content stays yours. When you enable remote access or send files through Telegram, the selected content is shared with the recipients and services described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the commands and AI agents you run, and for complying with the terms of the tools and providers you use.

Service

Shellby is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice before significant changes to these terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using Shellby at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
